How much do your knives cost?

Thats a hard question to answer as there are many factors that determine a knives cost. Everything from the raw materials, to the labor thats involved in making the knife play a roll in final pricing. Because I use unique materials with every build, and the labor differences between builds, I have to price them individually.

Do you offer knife sharpening services?

Unfortunately I do not offer knife sharpening services. I believe my time is much better spent teaching you how to sharpen. Owning a knife and not knowing how to sharpen, is like owning a car, and not knowing how to put gas in it. Knife sharpening is very easy with the appropriate tools, and does not take a lifetime to learn. With a little practice using the correct techniques, a beginner can learn how to sharpen in a few minutes. Check out my YouTube channel OUTDOORS55 to learn more.

What is the best knife sharpening setup for hair whittling sharp?

What is best, is completely dependent on the end usage. So that can be a difficult question to answer without knowing the finer details of the specific knife, and it’s planned use. However, the simple, reliable, and easy, sharpening system I usually recommend is the DMT coarse, DMT fine diamond stones, and the KNIFEPOINTGEAR 3 and 1 micron strops. That system will sharpen any knife reliably, and quickly. Including any of the modern super steels.
